We offer rolling monthly subscriptions and other packages. By subscribing, you agree to recurring payments until you cancel.
b) Billing:
Your chosen payment method will be charged at the frequency stated (e.g. monthly). Prices include VAT (if applicable), and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
c) Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by emailing us. To avoid being charged for the next box, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date.

We reserve the right to change prices or subscription offerings.
6. Order Process
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not signify acceptance — a contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for any reason.
7. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment and delivered by Royal Mail or courier services.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. postal strikes, weather).
8. Returns and Refunds
You may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless faulty.
